Boxi boiler need further help on repair?

Hi there
thanks all for your speady response.
as i mentioned b4 i have a baxi boiler (old style) CH ok but no hot water. i changed the Honywell programer still no good. when i press hot water button no response( the boiler don't fire up) after your responses i opened up the upstairs floor board and found two devices next to the pump that get fed by it. they are both wired in to a junction box.
