How do I get rid of this cracked app on my iPhone?

I installed a cracked app on my iPhone and discovered that it didn't work. I deleted the app from my library and selected the option to move the file to the trash, but every time I sync my iPhone, the same app shows up, even though I don't even have the file for it anymore. What is going on and how do I stop it?
