How to stop procrastinating and do my creative writing assignment?

I had a creative writing assignment due last friday. I haven't started. It has to be 4 pages long and is a story. I just don't know what to do. I have to turn it in tomorrow to get credit. I just can't THINK... it's not like a book report where my ideas just flow freely... I just can't FORCE myself to do it. It just seems like such a daunting task..grr! can you give me advice on how to deal with this?
