Moving and planning to set up a business in France?

Moving and planning to set up a business in France?
I'm fluent in French but am not too familiar with legislation. Can anyone who has done this tell me what things i need to look into and consider? I know alot depends upon the type of business i'm planning to go into. B and B, possibly with some land to keep a few animals. Where would i find information?
