banquette seating kitchen or island with bar stools

If you can only do ONE there is probably more "value" added for more potential buyers with the counter height seating. Few people appreciate how nice a banquette can be until they have BUT any good kitchen cabinet person will tell you that to get it built well is not cheap. It is way 99% of builders have no problem doing a counter with setting but probably less than 1/10 of 1% will be comfortable building a banquette.
