Bogus Complaints Board Management

Anyone have some quick thoughts on knocking down bogus complaints on complaintsboard.com? One of my clients has had some trouble with a competitor and obviously has complaints filed that are SEO friendly with tons of keyword usage so that they would rank higher. What are some thoughts on pushing these off the first page? I have done a few blogs with their name that seemed to help but since complaintsboard is such an authority site and when the competitor goes back on and re-complains it just helps it index. Hmmmm quite the conundrum. Curse you complaints board.
