What free hosts would let me have a chan/imageboard?

What free hosts would let me have a chan/imageboard?
I want to have a safe for work (SFW), non-pornographic chan/imageboard. However, I know that most of the images would probably be in copyright infringement. I could run the risk of having it on my current hosts, but it wouldn't do me any good to be banned from them. So then, are there any hosts that don't bring up the potential copyright issues? Alternatively, could I somehow make an account with an image hosting site and connect the imageboard to it?
